I’ve always wanted my own coffee machine as I’m fed up of instant coffee. I decided to go for a “cheap but cheerful” option, so I plumped for the bar14 and to the day have not been let down. After reading several reviews before purchasing a few things became apparent.

1. After a few months the machine starts to leak
2. Plastic supply pipes which become mouldy if left for several days

Luckily, I’ve had by bar14 for over 14 months now, and am still really happy and the above issues have not been a problem for me. For you first coffee machine, you really can’t go wrong. Give it a go, you will never revert back to instant!
