This machine is great and an improvement on my previous coffee machine. Changing the filters is easy you just open the little door although it can get a bit of a pain washing the reusable one. But its ok because you can use disposable ones which is what I do because it saves having to wash the reusable one. It can make about 5 or 6 reasonable coffees but we use more in each cup which is great because I only tend to use it for me and my husband. The only problem I have with this machine is that it does not have a setting for changing the strength of coffee but otherwise it is good value.
