I thought it would help any of the potential buyers to know that for as long as the product works, (in my case worked for 4 months) it’s fine, but the minute you start experiencing problems and these are very likely to be serious problems due to its technology (in my case an electronic fault and leakage..) be ready to pay more for repairing then you purchased it in the first place, if you have lost the receipt!
I have been quoted around £235 from Wesco ltd for repairing it when I can buy this new for less than £175!

espresso is brilliant from this machine, the steamer system is one of the better i have used. the lid on the coffee jug is somewhat fiddly and the instruction manual (you might need it!) is not as clear as it should be
