Kays were made popular during the 1970s with their much loved catalogue. In 2004 Kays was merged with Littlewoods to form the Shop Direct Group. Shop Direct still operate with the name Kays and Littlewoods as well as other trade names including Marshall Ward and Empire Stores. Kays sell many products including clothing and garden furniture as well as electronic appliances. They have a Clearance section and Deal of the Week section which both offer great discounts on selected products.

 

Kays charge a small fee for home delivery although there is a higher charge for larger items. Products can be shipped faster if you opt for the Next Day Delivery service which will slightly increase delivery charges. There is also a 14 day Approval Guarantee which provides you with 2 weeks to return your item for a full refund should you not be completely happy with it.
