Sainsburys Kitchen Appliances Reviews

Sainsbury’s Kitchen Appliances offer a range of home electrical goods including refrigerators, washing machines and dishwashers. With many great deals on offer their website also includes a Buyers Guide helping you to stay informed about important details regarding your purchase, and customers are able to write reviews for products offering you an impartial and objective look at a product.

Sainsbury’s are not primarily an electrical appliance retailer, starting life in 1869 as a small family-owned grocery store. Sainsbury’s excellent customer service and quality are some of the main reasons that the company has been a favourite of the British public for 140 years and is now ranked as the third largest supermarket in the UK. Although initially reluctant to move into the non-food market, Sainsbury’s started to sell electrical appliances towards the end of the 20th century.

Sainsbury’s offer home delivery of products for a fairly standard delivery rate. Like most other retailers this fee applies regardless of the number of items you purchase. Sainsbury’s allow you to choose a delivery time that is more convenient for you, so you do not have to wait around for your item to appear. For a limited time period Sainsbury’s are also offering completely free delivery on products from trusted brands such as Electrolux, Zanussi and AEG.

Sainsbury’s Buying Guide provides you with all the information you need to make sure you purchase the right product suited to your needs, and it also explains some industry terminology that you may not be familiar with. This along with other services build on Sainsbury’s reputation as a customer oriented business.

Sainsburys Kitchen Appliances Customer review:

Delivery was fast
and turned up on time but Sainsbury's said they would help fit the machine which they did not do. I was left to try and lift the machine into my house own my own while the delivery men did a runner. I am not happy about this as Sainsbury's had led me to believe that it would be brought in by the delivery guys and I have a bad back. Points for the delivery being on time but I think I will spend more money on better customer service in future.
