Tribal UK aim to deliver items within 5 days although some larger items may take up to 21 days. The free delivery does not apply to addresses outside of mainland UK or if you want your item delivered on a Saturday.

Tribal UK have a wide range of home appliances including refrigerators, vacuum cleaners and dishwashers, and also sell other items like computers and games consoles. Tribal UK also offer an iPoints reward scheme where you can earn points with each purchase. The iPoints you earn from each order can be accumulated and used towards additional purchases on the Tribal UK website. Tribal UK also offer warranties on products and will repair or replace faulty goods.

The price is right!!!

Tirbal UK offer really good prices it must be said and unlike other firms they actually deliver when they say they will. I have to say though that their customer service skills leave a lot to be desired which is the reason for only 4 stars. This is not so much of a problem if your order goes well, as I'm sure many do. But if something goes awry don't expect Tribal to be much help. I had noticed this in a lot of online reviews I had read before purchasing from Tribal and to be honest it did put me off. However my problem was somewhat inconsequential but their customer service personnel did leave me rather irritated. If they got this arm of their enterprise sorted out I don't think anyone would really have much of a problem with this company, and customer service is an important part of any business these days. Anyway, kudos for the speedyn delivery Tribal!
