Just found out after posting this review that Russell Hobbs have pulled this item due to poor sales, so unlikely they will fix this issue!

Fundamentally floored

Its a great looking item, with a fundamental floor that really needs to be sorted out straight away, it drips all over the place while pouring! Russell Hobbs sort it out!
